March 23, 2016: The award-winning New Delhi restaurant, Indian Accent, arrives on New York’s bustling dining scene – its first international location.
Neighbor to Le Parker Meridien Hotel, Indian Accent treats New Yorkers to inventive Indian dishes, which combine authentic local flavor and diverse global ingredients.
Chef Manish Mehrotra’s delectable creations can satisfy all tastes and befit any occasion. From small starters such as Sweet Pickle Ribs with sundried mango and onion seeds, and butter pepper garlic paneer to substantial specials such as Baby Squid with crispy rice and everything chutney, and Pork Belly Vindaloo with Goan red rice, Indian Accent allows for a diverse selection of two, three and even four courses as well as a set chef tasting of seven courses.
To finish the savory feast, the menu features a list of desserts, including Makhan Malai with saffron milk, rose petal jaggery brittle and almonds, and Doda Barfi treacle tart with vanilla bean ice cream. To top the experience, Indian Accent brings its signature Stuffed Kulchas to its new venue.
An extensive wine and beverage catalogue complements the food, placing an emphasis on fruity Rieslings and light reds as well as classic cocktails with an Indian spicy spin.
Indian Accent is located at Le Parker Meridian, 123 West 56th Street, New York.
