Embracing sustainability, cognac maker Maison Camus has introduced [Re]Feel, a novel refill initiative for its XO decanter, offering an innovative solution for perpetual use.
Designed to be purchased once and cherished indefinitely, the customizable decanter will represent an elegant and practical innovation, ensuring sustainability is as effortless as the initial purchase on Camus’ website.
Clients can order a 50cl Cognac refill online. The 50cl Cognac will then be sent in a simple glass bottle. Once the precious liquid has been decanted into the XO decanter, the empty bottle can be returned to the Maison immediately, free of charge, in its original box for reuse.
This initiative reflects Camus’ commitment to environmental stewardship, certified since 2016 for eco-friendly vineyard practices, essential for preserving the environment and wildlife around their vineyards.
The [Re]Feel program has launched in France, followed by availability in the rest of Europe on June 1. Each 50cl [Re]Feel will retail for 200€, versus the value of a new 70cl XO carafe, which is 320€).
