Gemstone Vineyards ruby encrusted Jeroboam bottle

July 29, 2020: The collaborative result of Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry and Gemstone Vineyards, a ruby encrusted Jeroboam Wine Bottle, an exceptional piece of art for any wine connoisseur, is set to be auctioned at V Foundation Wine Celebration "Momentum 2.0" this August.

Enclosed in a custom ‘jewelry’ box, this exquisite bottle is the first and the only large 3L format of the 2019 Ruby Barrel Selection Cabernet Sauvignon crafted masterfully by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown. The buyer of this bottle will also get the opportunity to dine privately with the Silvers and the Dornbuschs of Gemstone Vineyard, enjoying Gemstone library wines and special chef-prepared cuisine. The winner can also choose to brainstorm a custom, future ruby jewelry design, to be crafted by the Silvers' team of artisans. Once the wine has been consumed, the Silvers will carefully extract the 120 rubies (totaling 5 carats) from the bottle and repurpose them into a custom designed new ruby jewelry piece for the lot winner.
