June 6, 2018: Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago has announced the debut of its 16th floor dining space – Terrace 16 Restaurant & Bar, helmed by Michelin lauded Executive Chef Nick Dostal and Restaurant Director Adam Stark.
Replacing Sixteen, we assume, Terrace 16 balances the restaurant’s interior and exterior dining spaces.The vegetable and herb garden onsite will inspire the restaurant’s soon-to-be revealed, new American menu..
Elevating Chicago River dining,Terrace 16 offers a 200-seat, inviting outdoor patio, which has enamored thousands of guests for the past ten years with its breathtaking views of Chicago’s prized architecture, the winding Chicago River and awe-inspiring Lake Michigan.
The restaurant’s indoor dining room will feature a warm design transformation, convivial bar, unmatched vistas and an ever-changing menu whose ingredients shine bright during breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner services.
With construction underway, the grand opening is slated for summer 2018 and will include a large dining room bar – a focal point for socializing and enjoying both classic and innovative cocktail creations.
