October 19, 2020: The Lodhi, New Delhi, has introduced a new 'Gluten Free-Keto-Vegan Menu’, specially designed for a healthier lifestyle.
Curated carefully by expert chefs with research and guidance, the unique menu has been pumped with immune-boosting nutrients which is beneficial, especially in the wake of the pandemic. Brimming with flavors, the meal is wholesome and prepared with fresh, handpicked ingredients.
The menu comprises of delicacies like Cabbage Poriyal (sauteed or fried cabbage) with Coconut, Gucchi (Morel Mushrooms) and roasted walnut; Salmon Carpaccio, Fried Caper, Salmon Roe and Micro Green; Squash and Avocado Cannelloni; Chocolate Coconut Panna Cotta with Berries and more.
Available at Elan, the timings are 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm (Lunch) and 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm (Dinner).
