This innovative collection offers a tasteful journey through Japanese culture, where each creation blends storytelling, tradition, and inventive craftsmanship into an unforgettable sensory experience.
Drawing inspiration from six iconic Japanese art forms – Woodblock Print, Ink Painting, Ancient Pottery, Origami, Manga, and Ikebana – each cocktail is a poetic tribute to Japan’s rich heritage. The menu reflects a seamless fusion of age-old traditions with bold, modern reinterpretations.
Standout creations include MISO, a cocktail inspired by the renowned woodblock print The Great Wave off Kanagawa. Its foam symbolizes serene waves, while the combination of Haku, Mustard Miso, and Maraschino Liqueur delivers a harmonious umami profile.
Equally captivating is SHO BUTSU, which captures the tranquility of Japan’s forests through an effervescent blend of Roku Gin, Botanical Wine, and Passion Fruit, echoing the purity of sumi-e ink painting. TORYUFU pays tribute to the ancient art of Jōmon pottery through its earthy blend of Spiced Rum, Laphroaig, and Truffle Vermouth, offering a spirit-forward journey steeped in heritage and texture.
PONZU & MIRIN embodies the elegance of Edo-period origami, complete with an edible origami garnish and a tangy fusion of Ocho Rum, Fino Sherry, and Ponzu. IBASHO draws inspiration from the narrative allure of manga, encouraging camaraderie over its vibrant medley of Tanqueray 10, Sake, and Pisco, enriched with vegetal and pickled notes. UME completes the experience with a nod to ikebana, Japan’s floral artistry, presenting a delicate blend of Toki, Ume, and Elderflower, garnished to mimic a blossoming flower.
