Offering a unique culinary journey, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa is hosting ‘Song of Aaleeshan’, a two-day culinary event on April 4 and 5, featuring Chef Manjunath Mural. Part of the resort’s Royal Homecoming series, the hotel will bring a Michelin-starred perspective to Indian fine dining at its restaurant, Aaleeshan, The Royal Indian Kitchen.

The restaurant, set against the scenic Nandi Hills, offers views of a lake and golf course, providing an elegant atmosphere for the event. The newly introduced fresco bar and poolside terrace will add to the experience, combining an open-air setting with Indian culinary traditions.
Chef Mural was the first Indian Executive Chef to earn a Michelin star for an Indian restaurant in Singapore. His work at Song of India focused on reinterpreting traditional Indian dishes with a contemporary approach. Speaking about the event, he says, “This homecoming at Aaleeshan will be an unforgettable experience for discerning connoisseurs.”

Guests will be welcomed with champagne before sampling a selection of canapés and cocktails. The dinner will feature a multi-course menu curated by Chef Mural, with each dish personally introduced by him. Wine pairings will accompany the meal, highlighting different flavor profiles.
Live flute and percussion performances will provide a musical backdrop, alongside a DJ-curated non-vocal soundscape. Guests will also receive a souvenir at the end of the evening.
