To offer its unrivaled hospitality in Thailand, Aman is launching Aman Nai Lert Bangkok right at the heart of Bangkok. Aman’s 36th property, and third urban retreat, will open on April 2, 2025.
Nestled within the lush Nai Lert Park, it will function as both a luxurious retreat, while opening in to Aman’s stunning network of properties across Asia. Following the success of Aman Tokyo and Aman New York, this new destination brings the brand’s signature and understated elegance to Bangkok’s dynamic landscape.
Developed in partnership with the historic Nai Lert family (which dabbles in real estate), the new hotel is ideally situated for an immersive city experience, offering cultural and culinary insights into Bangkok’s hidden spots.
Speaking on the design of the hotel, Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston brilliantly incorporates elements of the century-old Nai Lert Park Heritage Home with contemporary touches. Custom-made pieces by local artisans and antiques reflect Aman’s refined aesthetic, while the 100-year-old Sompong tree serves as a striking focal point, anchoring the courtyard’s elliptical void.
Spanning two levels, the hotel’s dining and social spaces begin at the ground-floor entrance with its intricately carved roofline. Lifts ascend to the 9th floor, where a bright central atrium leads to the 1872 lounge bar, signature Italian restaurant Arva, and The Pool, a bar that extends onto an east-facing terrace overlooking the infinity swimming pool and Nai Lert Park’s greenery.
The 19th floor, exclusive to Aman Club Founders, features an open-air terrace with panoramic skyline views, two restaurants, an intimate Aman Lounge, and a Cigar Bar.
Spanning two floors, the 1,500-square-meter Aman Spa & Wellness features a state-of-the-art medical clinic by Hertitude Clinic and an Aman Spa. The Medical Wellness facility includes eight private clinic rooms, an examination room, an IV Lounge, and a cryotherapy chamber.
On a separate floor, the Aman Spa will offer hydrotherapy facilities, movement spaces, six therapy rooms, a dedicated Thai massage room, and the private Banya Spa House.
Speaking about the property Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group said, “Thailand has played a significant role in the history of our brand and the latest evolution, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, will offer a unique connection to the rich heritage of the city. This is enhanced by our close collaboration with the Nai Lert family, in particular Naphaporn “Lek” Bodiratnangkura who’s involvement and support has ensured the property reflects the legacy of its incredible location. Further, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok represents another milestone in our long-term vision to introduce the exceptional Aman experience to urban destinations as well as providing a strategic link to our properties across Asia.”
The hotel’s 52 suites, located on floors 11 through 18, will be among Bangkok’s most spacious, starting at 94 square meters with floor-to-ceiling windows framing park and city views. The Aman Suite, occupying an entire floor, spans 713 square meters and includes three bedrooms, a private spa, entertainment room, study, dining room, and a terrace with city vistas.
With reservations now open for stays from April 2, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok marks a full-circle moment for the brand since its debut with Amanpuri in Phuket.
