This new hotel also marks the third addition to the Anantara Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio in China, following the launches of Anantara Guiyang Resort in 2017 and Anantara Xishuangbanna Resort in 2013.

The 111-key luxury resort, located just an hour’s drive from Chengdu, promises to immerse guests in the region’s natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. Situated within the National 5A Tourist Attraction-designated area – the highest accolade awarded by China’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism – the resort will be surrounded by stunning landscapes and outdoor adventures.

Xiling Snow Mountain, renowned for its world-class skiing, offers winter sports enthusiasts an unparalleled experience, while the ancient Huashuiwan Hot Springs provide the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The resort is ideally located for exploring the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, which is located just 20 minutes away from the resort. This world-famous attraction draws visitors from around the globe.

Expansive leisure amenities include a tranquil swimming pool, the signature Anantara Spa, a wellness center, and an entertainment hub.

“Joining hands with Minor Hotels will inject new vigour into China’s regional tourism and bring more possibilities to Sichuan’s high-end tourism market,” said Zhou Jinguang, Chairman of Sichuan Dexinhousheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. “Chengdu is one of the country’s natural and cultural gems, and Anantara’s expertise will help us showcase the region’s beauty in a way that celebrates local culture, respects the environment and immerses guests in unforgettable experiences.”

After a day of skiing or soaking in the rejuvenating hot springs, guests can indulge in a diverse range of dining options. These include a Chinese restaurant with eight private dining rooms, an all-day dining venue, and a specialty restaurant.
