At LVMH Watch Week 2026, Bvlgari reaffirmed its singular position at the crossroads of jewelry, design, and fine watchmaking, unveiling a new chapter titled “Art of Gold.” Presented alongside fellow LVMH houses, including TAG Heuer, Zenith, Hublot, and Tiffany & Co., the Roman jeweler-watchmaker introduced a series of creations that blend historic motifs, artisanal goldwork, and ultra-compact mechanical movements.
Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari and of the LVMH Watch Division, described Watch Week as a defining moment to present “extraordinary pieces” that reflect the Group’s creative passion and technical excellence. For Bvlgari, that vision materializes through reinterpretations of four emblematic lines: Monete, Tubogas, Serpenti, and Lvcea
While gold remains the visual protagonist, the 2026 novelties underscore Bvlgari’s growing authority in mechanical watchmaking. At the heart of several creations are in-house calibres developed at the brand’s manufacture in Le Sentier, Switzerland. These include the Piccolissimo BVP100, one of the smallest mechanical movements on the market, and the Lady Solotempo BVS100, an automatic calibre combining compact dimensions with a 50-hour power reserve.
Together with the Baby Tourbillon BVL150, these movements illustrate Bvlgari’s ability to marry refined mechanics with jewelry-scale proportions—an area where few watchmakers operate with comparable confidence.
Among the highlights is the Maglia Milanese Monete Secret Watch, a rose-gold creation that brings together an authentic ancient Roman coin dating from 198–297 AD, a geometric octagonal frame, and a supple Milanese mesh bracelet. For the first time, Bvlgari explores this Renaissance-era goldsmithing technique, traditionally associated with Milan, transforming it into a contemporary jewel-watch hybrid.
Powered by the manual-winding Piccolissimo movement and fitted with a transparent caseback, the piece reflects Bvlgari’s enduring dialogue between Rome and modern design.
The Tubogas Manchette revisits a bold 1974 archival model, translating 1970s glamour into a sculptural yellow-gold cuff watch. Diamonds—nearly 12 carats—intertwine with richly colored gemstones, including citrines, rubellites, peridots, and amethysts. A newly developed modular construction technique allows each gold ring to be polished individually before assembly, preserving Tubogas’ signature flexibility while enhancing durability and comfort.
With Serpenti Seduttori Automatic, Bvlgari continues the evolution of one of its most recognizable icons. Two new variations highlight contrasting expressions of femininity: one with a deep green malachite dial crowned by a pink rubellite cabochon, and another fully adorned with diamonds, from bezel to bracelet. Both models are powered by the in-house Lady Solotempo automatic movement, reconnecting Serpenti with its mechanical origins dating back to 1948.
The most poetic expression of the collection appears in Lvcea Notte di Luce, created in collaboration with Japanese Urushi master Yasuhiro Asai. Each limited-edition dial—produced in runs of 80 pieces—requires up to 60 days of meticulous work, layering black lacquer and embedding fragments of mother-of-pearl using the ancient Raden technique. The result is a dial that captures light with subtle depth, ensuring that no two pieces are ever identical.
Across all four lines, Bvlgari’s 2026 watches tell a cohesive story of a jeweler-watchmaker rooted in history yet constantly reinventing its language. By combining ancestral techniques, contemporary design, and increasingly sophisticated in-house movements, Bvlgari positions itself as a force in high watchmaking.
