Crafted exclusively for the guests of Evrima, the debut ship of superyachts from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Marea is heavily influenced by the opulent yachting culture.

A perfect blend of extra-aged Gran Reserva rum, honey, and spices, the extra-aged rum is a tranquil and tantalizing delight to be relished while surrounded by calm waters and infinite sky. Expertly blended in the Dominican Republic using ingredients free of artificial colors or flavors, it has a smooth sweet taste, enveloping aromas of rosewood and honey, and a long, warming spice finish.
Known for using eco-friendly practices, Candela Mamajuana has used the same sensitivity to produce the new limited edition. Candela Marea is distilled from fresh-pressed local sugarcane juice, utilizing a process powered by renewable energy. This
energy is sourced from the sugarcane bagasse, which is upcycled into biofuel at a waste-to-energy plant on the island. The rum is then aged in American oak barrels. Candela Mamajuana’s aging facility features a rainwater collection system which feeds the water purification plant, along with lamps and intelligent building materials that naturally cool the building without the need for air conditioning. These eco-conscious practices have led Candela Mamajuana to being recognised as one of the world’s most sustainable rum.
To further enhance the experience, the yacht features The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection x Candela MAREA Drip Tower, an elegant glass tower utilizing slow-drip technology to produce complex, aromatic cocktails. The rum will be available throughout the yacht’s diverse culinary venues and bars.
