The series opens on September 16 with Chef Thomas Straker, followed by Norbert Niederkofler and Sven Wassmer at Brooklands, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant.

The rooftop at The Peninsula London isn’t just serving views this autumn, it’s serving a new kind of culinary partnership. Chef Claude Bosi is inviting chefs he admires most to join him at Brooklands for Claude & Co, a series of four-hands dinners that redefines what a special evening can taste like.

The concept is simple: two chefs, one menu, and a shared goal of creating something original. Across three events, Chef Bosi will collaborate with Michelin-starred chefs from across the world, each bringing their own perspective and flavor philosophy to the table. The series celebrates individuality, seasonality, and a deep respect for great ingredients.

The first event, Bosi X Straker’s Best of British Game, takes place on September 16. For this dinner, Chef Bosi teams up with Thomas Straker, a chef known for blending classic fine dining with a modern digital presence that has earned him a global following. Chef Straker’s career began in renowned kitchens such as The Dorchester, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, and Elystan Street before he launched his own ventures. Today, he runs STRAKER’S in Notting Hill, recently opened ACRE, and is preparing for the launch of STRAKER’S NYC later this year.

The evening will feature a six-course tasting menu celebrating British game, with the two chefs alternating courses to create a menu that balances tradition and innovation. Guests will start the night with Deutz Champagne and canapés, seated at tables for two or four, decorated with bespoke floral arrangements. Each course will be paired with wines selected by Melody Wong, Director of Wine at The Peninsula London, ensuring harmony between food and drink throughout the evening.

Two more dinners follow: on October 2, Norbert Niederkofler, the three-Michelin-starred chef from the Italian Dolomites, will bring his sustainability-driven approach that emphasizes biodiversity and seasonality. On November 11, Sven Wassmer, the Swiss-born chef with three Michelin stars and a Green Star, will join Chef Bosi for an Alpine-inspired experience. Chefs for the 2026 edition of Claude & Co will be announced later.

Tickets for the series are priced at £205 per person, with dinner sittings scheduled from 18:00 to 21:30.

Brooklands by Claude Bosi, located on the top floor of The Peninsula London, offers a dining experience that combines exceptional cooking with a sense of history. Its design draws inspiration from the golden era of British aviation and motorsport, showcasing artefacts such as a vintage Napier Railton race car and a scale model of the Concorde suspended overhead. The regular menu, created by Chef Bosi and Chef de Cuisine Francesco Dibenedetto, follows a philosophy that highlights British ingredients through classical French technique, a principle that continues with the Claude & Co series.
