HONMA, a Japanese premium golf equipment and lifestyle brand, and Bugatti, the legendary hyper sports car manufacturer, have joined forces to unveil a co-branded golf club collection. This collaboration represents one of the most unique pairings of two luxury brands in sport history.
Both brands have spent decades building reputations on craft and exclusivity rather than volume. HONMA has been making clubs by hand in Japan since 1958, relying on master artisans to achieve a level of finish that industrial production cannot match. Bugatti has operated since 1909 under a founding principle from Ettore Bugatti himself: “If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti.” Fewer than 100 cars leave Molsheim each year. Neither brand has ever treated scale as an ambition.
Golf and automotive luxury have crossed paths before, through sponsorships and co-branded accessories, however, collaboration for a complete set of golf clubs represents a much more complicated level of technical and aesthetic integration than any previous collaboration.
HONMA and Bugatti have released three lines. The BERES Super Premium Collection is built on HONMA’s most prestigious product family and takes its design language from the Bugatti Tourbillon hypercar. Bugatti’s horseshoe grille, the C-line, and the Tourbillon’s instrument cluster are all worked into the clubhead architecture. Available in 3 Star, 4 Star, and 5 Star tiers, with the 5 Star capped at just 20 sets worldwide, the collection carries forward HONMA’s luxury legacy while applying the aerodynamic principles used in Bugatti’s hypercars. Both the 3 Star and 4 Star come in an ice-blue finish, applied using the same two-tone paint technique found on the Tourbillon’s bodywork.
For players who want performance over collectability, the Tour World Premium Collection is built on HONMA’s professional TW777 platform. Its driver uses a titanium-carbon composite construction with a deep, low center of gravity to generate ball speed and control. Its irons combine soft forging with precision milling, offering forgiveness without losing feedback at impact. High-precision CNC milling on the face produces a clean, crisp sound and a level of touch that competitive players expect from tour-level equipment.
Completing the collection is the Super Premium Bugatti Putter, available in 4 Star and 5 Star. Its head shape references the rear profile of the Tourbillon, and its sole takes cues from Bugatti’s signature tachometer dial. At address, the contour of the head flows through the sightline in a way that supports alignment without adding visual noise. A precision-milled face and an exclusive grip are built to work together, giving the putter a consistent, unified feel through the hands.
HONMA has long had strong presence across Asia, where its reputation among serious golfers is well established. Bugatti’s customer base is concentrated in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. A collaboration that puts both names together reaches audiences in markets where each brand benefits from the other’s standing.
