For nearly 16 years, Dine LA has delighted both tourists and locals alike. Initially an annual event, the overwhelming demand saw it expand to twice a year. Now once again, Los Angeles is set to showcase some of its finest eateries, offering dishes that capture the authentic taste of the city. This 15-day culinary extravaganza will run from July 12 to July 26, 2024.
Enthusiasts will be glad to know that Dine LA boasts an impressive lineup of over 300 restaurants across 68 neighborhoods, featuring 28 global cuisines for diners to savor. The list of participating restaurants will continue to grow as registration remains open until the event’s start date.
Marking its “Sweet 16,” Summer Dine LA celebrates the original four restaurants that have participated every year: Lawry’s Beverly Hills, Tam O’Shanter, Dal Rae Restaurant, and Michael’s on Naples Ristorante. Joining these stalwarts are exciting new additions such as Dulan’s on Crenshaw Soul Food Restaurant, Pez Coastal Kitchen, and Bludso’s BBQ.
Impressively, nine out of ten new additions to Michelin’s California guide are located in LA, emphasizing the city’s culinary prowess. Los Angeles also proudly boasts 23 Michelin-starred restaurants, contributing to California’s distinction as the state with the highest number of Michelin-starred establishments in the nation, with a total of 85.
Stacey Sun, Executive Director of Dine LA said, “Los Angeles has an extraordinary restaurant culture and Dine LA is here to serve as a resource for local and visiting diners to discover our City’s vast variety of cuisines and culinary creativity.
