Franck Muller has brought together high-end watchmaking and pop culture with its latest collaboration. To mark the release of The Smurfs 2025, the brand has partnered with the iconic blue characters for the first time, launching a limited-edition Vanguard Smurfette collection that features three distinct timepieces.
The collection channels elements from the film while staying true to Franck Muller’s signature design codes. Each piece is built around the brand’s well-known Vanguard case—recognised for its curved edges, smooth contours, and comfortable fit. The watches are designed to reflect different sides of Smurfette’s personality, blending playful visuals with carefully executed detailing.
The first model features a bold Smurf-blue dial, blue-outlined numerals, and a matching strap, a direct reference to Smurfette’s classic look. Another version takes a softer route with a white dial, hand-painted pink numerals, and a pink strap. The third model is more decorative, with a floral motif framing Smurfette on a pink dial, matched with a vivid pink strap that leans into her vibrant personality.
The collaboration is closely linked to the storyline of The Smurfs 2025, where Papa Smurf, voiced by John Goodman, is captured by wizard brothers Gargamel and Razamel. Smurfette, voiced by Rihanna, leads the rescue mission as the Smurfs enter the real world.
