Oetker hotel St. Tropez

Nestled between the iconic town of St. Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne in Ramatuelle, the new property will take shape on the site of the former Le Mas Bellevue St. Tropez. Designed as a serene sanctuary, the property resembles a hamlet with two-story buildings offering panoramic sea views, a tranquil pool, and lush surroundings.

With 53 rooms and suites, each boasting a private terrace or patio, the property features a large infinity pool, a wellness center, and vibrant dining options, The hotel’s design reflects a harmonious connection to its natural surroundings. Olivier Raffaëlli, founding partner of the renowned French-Brazilian architecture firm Triptyque, envisions a retreat where the sea, earth, and sun merge effortlessly. “The hillside surrounding the hotel is not just a backdrop but an integral part of the experience,” Mr. Raffaëlli explains. “Natural elements like stone, wood, and Mediterranean vegetation enhance the hotel’s sense of place, creating a sanctuary that celebrates St. Tropez’s essence.”

Triptyque’s signature approach to blending architecture with nature extends to every aspect of the property. Spaces seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor, offering immersive sensory experiences. Guests will feel the breeze, smell the pines, and revel in the sunlight, all within the understated luxury that defines Oetker Collection.

French interior designers Patrick Gilles and Dorothée Boissier of Gilles & Boissier have crafted interiors that evoke tranquility and sophistication. The design draws inspiration from Provençal farmhouses, featuring textured plaster walls, warm wooden beams, and Roman-inspired arches.

In the rooms, soft tones of pastel pinks, warm ochres, and delicate whites are paired with natural materials like straw and rope. “Every detail is conceived to create an atmosphere of serene luxury,” Ms. Boissier shares. “It’s a space where simplicity becomes the ultimate indulgence.”
